Since founding his company in Monongalia County, Evan has generated jobs for 17 residents, actively working to attract professionals to the Morgantown area. With over three decades of experience, he has advocated for pressing issues like water quality, energy solutions, and economic development.

Evan's approach emphasizes long-term strategies that leverage West Virginia's unique strengths. His significant projects include restoring abandoned coal mines, cleaning rivers, and promoting local agriculture. As a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates since 2018, he brings fresh perspectives and skills to his role, striving for bold investments in the state's future.

Evan holds degrees from M.I.T. and U.C. Berkeley, and has previously consulted globally on water and energy challenges. He actively engages in community service through various boards, including Main Street Morgantown and the Spark!
