Our mission is to make well-being skills accessible to everyone by taking a research-based approach. We work with organizations and communities to build a culture of well-being and help individuals live more fulfilling lives.

At Happiness Initiative, we focus on raising awareness about the science of well-being and translating research into practical applications. We aim to build a community of well-being advocates who understand the importance of mindset, passion, purpose, relationships, and other-centreness in contributing to happiness and well-being.
