Happy & Healthy Therapy supports mothers, babies, and families as they navigate pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and early childhood challenges. Serving Minneapolis, Saint Paul, and surrounding Twin Cities communities, the practice offers care at home and in the office, with a focus on helping each family define and work toward its own version of well-being.

Led by Maria, an occupational therapist with more than 16 years of experience, Happy & Healthy Therapy combines whole-body care, practical education, and compassionate guidance. Services for mothers and babies include feeding therapy, developmental support, and craniosacral therapy. Care may also address movement patterns, reflex integration, and concerns affecting everyday activities such as feeding, sleeping, and pooping.

The process begins by learning about a family’s history, strengths, challenges, and goals. Maria then works collaboratively with parents to build skills and provide tools they can use in daily life, aiming to improve comfort and function without expecting perfection.
