Happy Doods

Happy Doods is a small, family-run Goldendoodle breeder in Akron, Ohio, operated by Katie and Josiah Doles and their two children. The family raises Goldendoodle puppies with a focus on health, socialization, and finding suitable matches for both puppies and prospective owners. Katie brings eight years of experience as a veterinary technician, along with a lifelong background in animal care.

Puppies are raised using the Badass Breeder program, which includes early neurological stimulation, early scent introduction, and daily exposure to different sounds, movements, people, and pets. The breeder also conducts temperament assessments near eight weeks of age to help guide placement. Parent dogs receive genetic testing and PennHIP and OFA clearances for elbows, eyes, and cardiac health.

Happy Doods prioritizes veterinary care, nutrition, enrichment, exercise, and clean living spaces for its dogs and puppies. Prospective owners can learn about parent dogs and litters, review pricing and policies, and apply to join the reservation list.
