Happy Mini Coaching

Happy Mini Coaching provides relationship-focused parenting and family guidance for parents of babies and toddlers in Berlin and online. Founded by Pia Beyer, a mother, parenting coach and M.Sc. psychologist who specializes in attachment, the practice helps families build and maintain a secure, responsive parent-child relationship. Its approach is holistic and tailored to each family, with a focus on understanding children’s needs, strengthening connection and finding practical ways to make daily life feel more manageable.

Services include parenting coaching, complementary foods guidance, baby sleep coaching, support with childcare transitions and the toddler autonomy phase, and advice on parent-child attachment. Sessions are available online or, in Berlin, through home visits. The coaching offers parents a supportive space to discuss concerns, reflect on their situation and develop solutions suited to their child and family, rather than rely on generic parenting advice. Happy Mini Coaching also addresses parental exhaustion and the challenge of balancing a child’s needs with one’s own.
