Happy Teacher Rev

Happy Teacher Revolution is a Baltimore-born international movement dedicated to supporting the mental health and wellness of teachers and the wider education community. It helps educators address burnout, build connection, and sustain joy through practical self-care and peer support. The organization trains participants, known as Revolutionaries, to start and lead support group meetings in their own communities, creating spaces for educators to connect and care for one another.

Its offerings include the Happy Teacher Revolution Starter Pack, a practical introduction to personal and professional self-care strategies for use inside and outside the classroom, and the book The Educator’s Roadmap to Claiming and Sustaining Joy. Online courses teach participants to lead meetings at their own pace, while a certification and professional development program provides training to combat educator burnout and facilitate local groups. Happy Teacher Revolution also offers keynote presentations, school-based professional development, a Pilot Site Program, mentoring, and train-the-trainer courses.
