Happy Vegannie is a brand created by Ana Rubia Bueno Silva, also known as Annie. She is a 28-year-old environmental scientist and plant-based chef, born in Mexico and currently living in Canada. Annie is passionate about animals and the planet, which led her to become vegan in October 2015.
In order to combine her passions for taking care of the planet, cooking, and photography, Happy Vegannie was born. Happy Vegannie's goal is to make it easier for people to learn how to cook delicious vegan food while promoting planet care, animal liberation, and encouraging healthy, ethical, and sustainable eating. Annie has taught courses in vegan gastronomy, training over 120 people, and her online platform has over 700 students taking courses focused on vegan pastry and desserts.
