Happy Walkers Kids Physio

Happy Walkers Kids Physio is a paediatric physiotherapy service focused on helping children build movement, strength, balance and confidence. Led by Ruhy Valawalkar, a paediatric physiotherapist with more than 16 years of experience, the practice supports children’s abilities through engaging, individualised care. Ruhy is committed to ongoing professional learning and aims to make therapy both beneficial and fun for children.

Services include infant and paediatric physiotherapy, bespoke intensive physiotherapy, and motor development checks for babies. The practice also provides equipment prescriptions, reports and letters, offering additional support tailored to each child’s needs. Families can choose from in-clinic appointments, visits to childcare centres, kindergartens or schools, and online consultations. Happy Walkers invites families to schedule a free consultation to discuss their child’s needs and begin planning the next steps.

Based in Kaurna Country, the practice respectfully acknowledges the Kaurna people as Traditional Custodians and recognises the continuing connection of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to land and community.
