Haras de Marancourt is an equine breeding and care centre located in Lessard-et-le-Chêne, in France’s Calvados department, between Lisieux and Livarot. Established more than 25 years ago, the stud farm occupies around 100 hectares in the Pays d’Auge, a region known for its breeding grounds. Its team welcomes horse owners, offers guidance and works to meet their needs through professional facilities and services.
The haras has operated an equine artificial insemination centre for many years and presents a selection of stallions each season at accessible prices. Its stallions listed for the 2026 season are Un Charme Fou, Espoir Prestance, Good Boy Ligneries, Grand Art, Heart of Gold and Howdy Partner. Services include seasonal or year-round boarding for trotters and thoroughbreds, as well as horses at rest, and preparation of yearlings for sales. The team also provides support for foaling and veterinary follow-up, and can arrange transport to outside stallions.
