Haras du L. H. is a horse-breeding farm and breeding centre located in Contest, in the Mayenne region of western France.
It specialises in producing Hanoverian sport horses, with a focus on dressage prospects. The breeding programme pairs quality mares with strong German bloodlines and leading German stallions, aiming to produce promising foals. Its horses are offered for sale, with foals available each year, and the farm highlights graduates including Fürstin Toto L.
H., Berlioz L. H., Quaterboy L. H.
and Full Monty L. H., whose performances are beginning to attract recognition in France and abroad. Haras du L.
H. also partners with Haras Paul Schockemöhle in Germany to sell stallion semen. The farm provides information about its breeding, foals and stallions, and invites prospective buyers and other interested visitors to make enquiries directly.
Located at La Houdairie, it can be contacted through Jean-Claude Ferrand by phone or email. Haras du L. H.
brings together Hanoverian breeding, German stallion genetics and a focus on developing sport horses for the dressage market
