Welcome to the Harbor Gateway North Neighborhood Council. We are a dedicated group of volunteers elected by the stakeholders of our community. Our objective is to work together to improve our neighborhood and represent our community's interests to the City of Los Angeles and our City Councilmember.

As a Neighborhood Council, our activities are funded by the City of Los Angeles through the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment. We provide an inclusive and open forum for public discussion on city governance, council needs, the delivery of city services, and other city-wide matters. Our mission is to initiate, execute, and support projects for the physical, social, and cultural improvement of our council area.

We also facilitate communication between the city and community stakeholders on issues of concern. Throughout the year, we hold regular board meetings and membership meetings where residents, businesses, and stakeholders can participate. We encourage stakeholders to attend these meetings, share their concerns, and contribute to the betterment of our neighborhood
