Harbor Network

Harbor Network is a community of churches and leaders focused on helping churches thrive over time. Its approach brings together care, clarity, and connection, recognizing that healthy churches depend on healthy leaders. Harbor offers pastors and ministry leaders trusted relationships, soul care, crisis support, counseling referrals, retreats, and opportunities to rest and renew. Coaching, assessments, training, and practical resources help leaders discern next steps and lead with confidence. Through a network of like-minded churches and leaders, members find encouragement, collaboration, and support in both success and struggle.

Harbor’s programs include national gatherings, local Renewal Gatherings, digital town halls, and Alignment Intensives for church planters and existing church pastors exploring partnership. The network also supports churches seeking to launch, lead, and multiply, with offerings that include readiness assessments, residency, and church adoption pathways. By combining spiritual renewal with wise direction and lasting friendships, Harbor aims to help leaders return to their mission with renewed strength, vision, and joy.
