HardBoxing is an online training brand founded by Jesus Barboza, a martial arts practitioner with more than 25 years of experience who trains in Katy, Texas. Built around the idea that combat is a discipline rather than a show, HardBoxing helps people develop physical conditioning and technical foundations from home or the gym. Its programs are delivered in Spanish as guided, recorded sessions, with lifetime access for buyers.

The six-week Conditioning Plan includes 24 sessions focused on strength, legs, core, and cardiovascular fitness, with home and gym variations and a nutrition guide. The six-week Combat Fundamentals Plan offers 19 sessions covering stance, basic strikes, movement, defense, and combinations. A Complete Dojo bundle combines both programs into 12 weeks of content.

Members can also connect through the dojo’s Discord community and follow an Instagram broadcast channel for updates and training content. In-person boxing and kickboxing in Katy and one-to-one coaching are planned or offered through a waitlist; remote one-to-one coaching focuses on conditioning.
