Hard Knox Gym

Hard Knox Gym is a community-focused boxing and fitness gym located at 3645 Notre-Dame Ouest in Montréal. Founded by Herby Whyne, the gym draws on his more than 30 years of coaching experience to offer welcoming, technique-driven training for people of different ages, fitness levels, and goals. Members can build strength, cardiovascular fitness, coordination, boxing skills, and confidence in a supportive environment.

Programs include boxing for beginners and intermediate participants, Muay Thai, kickboxing, women’s kickboxing, teen and children’s boxing, Body-Fit, HIIT-Box, boot camp, and Lunch Box sessions. Classes are led by a team of boxing, Muay Thai, and kickboxing coaches, including personal trainers and former boxing champions. The gym’s schedule offers training throughout the week, with options suited to fitness, cross-training, skill development, and competitive aspirations. Hard Knox Gym also provides a shop featuring apparel and equipment. With an emphasis on community, personal growth, and challenging oneself, it encourages members to pursue a stronger, healthier lifestyle.
