Saskia Warmer

Hardlopenhelpt is the personal running and fitness coaching practice of Saskia Warmer, based in Rotterdam-Nesselande. The service helps people improve their physical fitness, build confidence and become stronger both physically and mentally through running. Saskia supports a wide range of clients, from complete beginners to experienced runners seeking help with a specific goal or challenge. Coaching is tailored to each person and may combine running sessions, coaching conversations and online support.

The programme includes individual training and small-group sessions on Wednesday and Friday mornings. Small groups provide personal attention while helping participants develop running technique, strength and fitness. Runners can also book a private lesson focused on improving technique and progressing when their training has plateaued. Participants receive a personalized training plan to support responsible practice between sessions. A flexible token system covers the Wednesday and Friday groups, with tokens also accepted for training with Loopgroep Nesselande, which offers six groups organized by ability level.
