Harmon’Iris is the wellness practice of Marjorie Picault, a practitioner in relaxation, reflexology and massage who supports women through different stages of life. Based in Asnières-sur-Oise in the Val-d’Oise, Harmon’Iris offers a calm, welcoming space for personalised sessions guided by respect, kindness and attention to each client’s needs. Home visits may also be available in the Val-d’Oise and Oise by arrangement.

Services are designed to promote relaxation and well-being, and include evolving massage, abdominal reflexology, Korean relaxation, and physical and mental relaxation techniques. Clients can also learn practical breathing and positive visualisation exercises for everyday use. Marjorie specialises in perinatal support, with prenatal and postnatal massage for women, as well as baby massage workshops. Sessions are also available for babies and for women after pregnancy. Harmon’Iris presents its treatments as an opportunity to pause, reconnect with the body and enjoy time devoted to personal well-being. The practice welcomes women without judgement and adapts its support to their individual circumstances.
