Harmony Matsuba is a senior-care facility operated by the social welfare corporation Haku-aikai in Inagi, Tokyo. Its services are guided by the principles of helping older adults enjoy their daily lives, feel safe, and maintain their vitality. The organization aims to make use of each person’s abilities, support independence as far as possible, respect personal dignity, and provide a comfortable environment with thoughtful hospitality.

Its care house is a low-cost residential home for people aged 60 and over who feel uneasy living at home because of age-related changes or health conditions, have difficulty preparing meals for themselves, or cannot receive sufficient support from family. The day service center welcomes older adults for daytime visits, particularly those who may otherwise spend much of their time at home. Services include health checks, lunch, recreational activities, and transportation.
