Harmony Projects is a brand that is deeply rooted in love and a passion for the beautiful area of Nosara, Costa Rica. Founded by John and Susan, who fell in love with the beaches of Nosara, they saw an opportunity to make a positive impact on the community and environment. They acquired the Hotel Villa Taipei in 2003 and transformed it into the Harmony Hotel, strategically influencing the development of the quiet beach town.

With a focus on sustainability and community, Harmony Projects aims to live in harmony with the natural world and the local community. The hotel offers a unique Healing Centre experience, removing televisions and Coca Cola products to promote well-being. They also prioritize native species and have restored canopy trails and transformed lawns into native plant gardens.

In 2015, Harmony Projects expanded to oversee a range of businesses and initiatives under their umbrella organization. They operate with values-aligned principles, supporting the vision of living in ever-growing harmony with the community and the natural world.
