Harpke Family Farm is an urban farm in South Florida that grows specialty produce year-round, with a focus on serving chefs. The farm emphasizes freshness, flavor, and nutrition, using sustainable, all-natural practices and non-treated, non-GMO heirloom seeds. Compostable packaging supports its sustainability approach, while year-round production helps provide a consistent supply in South Florida’s climate.
Its offerings include a broad selection of microgreens, such as nasturtium, shiso, fennel, pea tendrils, lemon balm, and mizuna, along with custom micro mixes and living pots. The farm also grows edible flowers, including celosia, butterfly pea flowers, dianthus, marigolds, and violas, and offers an in-season flower mix. Specialty produce includes finger limes, sorrel, citrus lace, huacatay, shiso leaves, hoja santa leaves, and makrut lime leaves. Chefs can also request a garnishing blend featuring seasonal varieties.
Harpke Family Farm welcomes wholesale inquiries and asks prospective customers to contact the farm to discuss their needs and set up an account. It does not currently operate a farm stand or offer on-site pickup.
