Running Team Harriers

Harriers is a dynamic running team based in Shibuya, Tokyo, established in 2005. Founded by Taro Azuki after an inspiring visit to Exeter in the UK, Harriers has grown into a vibrant community dedicated to fostering a love for running. The organization offers a range of programs, including beginner and advanced training sessions, personal coaching, and specialized workshops aimed at enhancing running skills.

In addition to regular training, Harriers actively engages in community-driven initiatives, such as providing running shoes to Zambian orphanages and supporting earthquake recovery efforts through marathon events. With a commitment to both personal growth and social responsibility, Harriers has welcomed approximately 320 members since its inception, creating an inclusive environment for runners of all levels.
