Harris Funeral

Harris Funeral Home & Cremation Services serves families in Abbeville and surrounding communities in South Carolina, with locations in Abbeville and Calhoun Falls. Its experienced funeral directors guide families through arrangements with compassion, dignity, and respect, offering personalized services designed to reflect each individual life and meet each family’s needs.

The funeral home provides burial, cremation, and veterans’ services, along with support in selecting caskets and arranging flowers. Families can make plans for a recent loss or prepare in advance through preplanning resources, a checklist, and the option to book a meeting. The website also offers obituaries, service information, and livestreams.

Recognizing that support continues after a service, Harris Funeral Home shares grief resources, educational materials, and information about practical matters such as Social Security benefits and Medicaid spend-down. Its staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to answer questions and help families take the next steps. Harris also operates Abbeville County’s only on-site crematory and provides access to local florists for sending flowers.
