Harsányi Pincészet is a premium craft winery located in the Tokaj wine region, in Sárospatak. Inspired by a deep respect and love for nature, as well as a dedication to Tokaj wines, the Harsányi Pincészet was born. Craftsmanship goes beyond organic cultivation, encompassing careful attention to the vines, always keeping in mind that the quality of the wine is largely determined in the grapes.

Working with traditional Tokaj grape varieties such as Furmint, Sárgamuskotály, and Hárslevelű, as well as embracing experimentation, they believe that the different vineyard sites showcase the versatility of Furmint, the charm of Muscat, and the spiciness of Hárslevelű to wine lovers. At their tastings, they showcase the diversity of dry Tokaj wines, as well as the potential of Tokaj Aszú, Szamorodni, or Late Harvest when carefully crafted with modern technology, dedication, and traditional methods. We are a family winery, yet we have been exploring new directions in recent years.

We love traditions, but we complement them with youthful energy. We work organically but blend it with modern technology. We believe that a light Furmint and a six puttonyos Tokaji Aszú complement each other well during a wine tasting.
