The Indian Red Cross Society Haryana State Branch is a humanitarian organisation serving people across Haryana since 1966. Guided by the principles of humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, voluntary service, unity and universality, it works to prevent and alleviate suffering without discrimination. Its activities focus on disaster response and preparedness, community health and care, and promoting humanitarian values and fundamental principles.

As part of the wider Indian Red Cross Society and the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, the Haryana branch supports vulnerable communities and encourages humanitarian understanding, particularly among children and young people. Its network includes 22 district branches, along with Junior Red Cross and Youth Red Cross units in schools and colleges.

The branch also offers professional training services, including driving licence programs and first-aid training, with certification services and an online certificate verification option. Applications for training and information about district centres are available through its website. The state branch is based at Red Cross Bhawan in Sector 16A, Chandigarh, and provides helpdesk support on weekdays.
