Hasca Ltd is a specialist health and social care consultancy and training organisation that supports commissioners to develop the confidence and understanding needed to deliver high-quality, sustainable services. Guided by values of respect, co-production, inclusion, honesty and integrity, Hasca helps commissioning teams, local communities and citizens unlock their knowledge and potential, encourage innovation and approach public service challenges differently.

Its flagship offer is the Level 5 Certificate in Principles of Commissioning for Wellbeing (RQF), a nationally recognised qualification for new and experienced commissioners. Hasca is a Department of Health and Social Care quality-assured provider and was the first organisation accredited to deliver the certificate. The programme is co-produced and co-trained with carers and people with lived experience, and is available through open national, bespoke virtual and classroom-based delivery models. A specialist version focuses on learning disability and autism.

Hasca also offers online short courses covering topics such as person-centred commissioning, outcomes, evidence, market shaping, co-production, integration and partnership working.
