About CASM
Hrvatska asocijacija za sportski menadžment (HASM) is dedicated to enhancing the skills and competencies of sports administration professionals to improve the effectiveness of sports organizations and governance. Through the ERASMUS project "DEVELOPING SPORT ADMINISTRATION COMPETENCES (ADMINS)", HASM collaborates with academic partners like PAR University College and Catholic University of Murcia to develop educational modules tailored for sports administrators. The project also involves sport organizations such as the Croatian Association for Sport Management (HASM) and the Swedish Sports Confederation, Västerbotten, as well as NGOs like Mine Vaganti MVNGO and IHF asbl.
The innovative features include a comprehensive curriculum, an online learning platform, and interactive knowledge transfer sessions. By providing accessible and structured training, ADMINS aims to empower sports administrators with the necessary skills to enhance sports organizations and meet the needs of stakeholders effectively
