Haßlocher Carneval-Verein 1959 e.V. is a community carnival association dedicated to celebrating local tradition, creativity, and togetherness in Haßloch. The club brings colour and good cheer to village life, welcoming people who want to take part in its festive activities. Its programme combines carnival celebrations, performances, and social events, with gatherings such as the Rathaussturm and ceremonial handover of the town hall key, the investiture of carnival royalty, an annual awards celebration, and the Gardeball. The association also participates in a Christmas market.

Dance and performance are central to the club’s activities. Its groups cater to a wide range of ages, from the Purzelgarde for children aged three to six and youth and junior guards for older children and teenagers, through to the Aktivengarde for adults. Other ensembles include the Edel-Roschd-Granade women’s group and the Gassebuwe men’s dance troupe. The club shares information about its history, committee, current carnival royalty, events, and membership, and invites residents to join in its lively carnival traditions.
