Hastings Martial Arts is a dojo in North Saanich, British Columbia, near Victoria International Airport. It provides instruction in karate and jujitsu, bringing traditional martial arts training together with life skills to support development of the mind, body, and spirit. Led by Sensei Cory, the school describes its approach as holistic and aims to offer a welcoming environment where students feel they belong.
Classes are available for children aged five and up, with a separate program for adults aged 50 and older. The dojo has multiple rooms for training and group classes, as well as legacy spring flooring designed to cushion the impact of training on the body. New students can try a first class free; no uniform is required for that visit, and a T-shirt and bare feet are sufficient. Hastings Martial Arts also emphasizes straightforward pricing, with no hidden fees or charges linked to belt progression. Prospective students can explore class options and schedules or book a free introductory class.
