Hatch Motorcycle Collective (HMC) is a community-driven motorcycle space in Portland’s Central Eastside, built around the idea that motorcycles are for everyone. Founded in 2026, it welcomes riders and newcomers of all experience levels and backgrounds, with an inclusive, non-exclusive approach to learning, working on bikes, and connecting with others.
HMC offers motorcycle service and repair, custom fabrication, vintage restoration, and monthly secure, dry motorcycle storage and parking in a 24-hour secured facility. Members can use the workspace to work on their own bikes, supported by access to tools and a tool library. The collective also hosts group workshops and DIY classes focused on motorcycle maintenance, alongside community events. Visitors can stop by to spend time in the lounge, where they can enjoy a bite and beverage and meet others in the motorcycle community.
Located at 310 SE Stephens Street, Suite C, HMC operates by appointment and invites people to contribute what they can while building a welcoming community together.
