The responders are trained and equipped with intensive, ongoing training and certifications, collaborative teams of physicians, EMTs, and Paramedics, as well as $30,000+ worth of lifesaving medical equipment per ALS vehicle. With 100,000 calls per year, 1,500 volunteer EMTs, paramedics, and more, and 85 ambulances throughout NYS, Hatzalah is a trusted and vital resource for communities.
