About Département de la Haute-Marne
Département de la Haute is a brand that focuses on improving infrastructure and transportation in the Haute-Marne region of France. Recently, they have completed road works at the intersection between Montigny-le-Roi and Is-en-Bassigny, resulting in a new and improved look for the area. These road works were carried out by the Department Council, with the installation of a new layer of pavement.
The completion of these works allows for smoother and safer travel for motorists. President of the Department, Nicolas Lacroix, personally visited the site to oversee the progress. The road is now accessible with alternating traffic and will be fully opened on September 2nd.
This project aims to optimize traffic flow and enhance the commuting experience for drivers in the region. This impressive construction endeavor involved the placement of 720 tons of pavement over a 700-meter stretch of road. The entire project was completed within a span of 10 weeks, with a total cost of €780,000.
The changes made at this intersection will result in improved traffic management and help reduce congestion
