Havana Moon Music

Havana Moon Music is a music and instrument-making business based in Atlanta, Georgia, founded around the work and experience of musician and maker John Kelly. With more than 40 years in the music business, Kelly brings together his interests in playing guitar and banjo with a passion for woodworking. That combination led him to design and build his own line of cigar box ukuleles, which are the focus of the brand’s offerings.

The catalog may include different instrument sizes, and Havana Moon Music also notes that baritone, tenor, and bass models are available. Because the inventory is always changing, customers are encouraged to contact the business before placing an order to confirm what is currently on hand. The website provides a catalog and contact details for inquiries, along with newsletter sign-up and links to the brand’s social media. Havana Moon Music offers a personal, maker-led approach to distinctive ukuleles, shaped by Kelly’s long involvement in music and hands-on instrument building.
