Havelland Löwen

Havelland Löwen is a small, dedicated breeder of Lionhead dwarf rabbits, serving rabbit enthusiasts in the Havelland, Brandenburg, and Berlin region. The breeder emphasizes responsible ownership, from careful breeding and species-appropriate care to helping rabbits settle into suitable new homes. The operation is inspected by the Havelland district veterinary office, and the breeder reports having passed the required expertise assessment under Section 11 of Germany’s Animal Welfare Act.

The breeding program focuses on harlequin-patterned and white-eared rabbits in various colors, including animals with otter and tan markings. Visitors can find information about breeding pairs, young rabbits, rabbits available for adoption, prices, and payment options. The website also shares practical guidance on rabbit housing, diet, companionship, and bonding, supporting prospective and current owners in making informed care decisions.

Alongside its breeding work, Havelland Löwen offers PassGenau, a compact health record booklet designed to keep an animal’s health information organized for veterinary visits. Versions are also available for horses, dogs, cats, and guinea pigs.
