They have made significant achievements, supporting around 400 people in therapy with activity vouchers, creating a positive and fun image for mental health recovery, establishing connections with over 40 mental health support service providers, and introducing activity providers to local champions who promote the value of life-enhancing activities. The Havin' a Laugh initiative was founded by Blaithin, a highly qualified and experienced yoga teacher. Her passion for sustainable and healthy life-enhancing activities led her to establish Rennafix Group, which eventually evolved into the Havin' a Laugh charity.
