Havlis.cz, founded by Milan Havlis in 2005, is a specialist nursery focused on healthy, distinctive plants suited to Czech and Slovak climates. Its extensive catalogue includes trees, shrubs, perennials, grasses, climbers, fruit plants and herbs, with particular expertise in evergreen broadleaf plants and magnolias. Alongside familiar garden favourites, the nursery offers less common varieties, including a selection of evergreen magnolias. Plants are supplied in containers and described with recommended hardiness zones, helping customers choose varieties for their gardens.

Customers can browse and order plants online, with delivery available in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, or visit the Prague garden centre. The business also sells selected planting supplies, including substrates, bark, fertilisers and plant-protection products, with an emphasis on ecological options. Its Hobby range features smaller, lower-priced plants, while the DeLuxe collection offers fuller specimens. Havlis.cz also designs new gardens and renovates existing ones. At its Prague location, customers can visit a Bio shop offering organic produce from its small garden and European organic farmers, including fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds.
