Restaurant Havlit is a gourmet restaurant in Faaborg on the Danish island of Funen, offering a distinctive dining experience shaped by local ingredients and French culinary craftsmanship. Its kitchen combines the character of Funen’s produce with international standards and Nordic simplicity, creating seasonal menus that celebrate flavour and give each ingredient room to shine. Guests can choose from three menus, each with a thoughtfully prepared vegetarian alternative. Beyond dinner, Havlit offers gourmet stays featuring an eight-course meal, an overnight stay by the fjord, breakfast and access to a spa.
