HIFoodWineFest, also known as the Hawaii Food & Wine Festival, is the ultimate culinary destination event in the Pacific. This incredible festival takes place over three weekends each fall, spanning three islands of Hawaii. As the largest food festival in the state, it showcases Hawaii's diverse agriculture and talented local chefs through a series of world-class culinary experiences.

Founded by James Beard Award-winning chefs Roy Yamaguchi and Alan Wong, the festival brings together over 150 internationally renowned chefs, sommeliers, mixologists, and wine and spirit producers for approximately 20 events. From grand tastings and wine dinners to cooking classes for kids and wine seminars, there's something for everyone to enjoy. What sets HIFoodWineFest apart is its commitment to using locally sourced ingredients.

Participating chefs are challenged to incorporate at least one locally grown, raised, or caught ingredient in their dishes, supporting and connecting Hawaii's farmers, ranchers, and fishermen with festival attendees. As a program of the nonprofit Hawaii Ag and Culinary Alliance, HIFoodWineFest has donated more than $3. 2 million since 2011 to organizations that promote sustainability, culinary and agricultural education, and cultural programs in Hawaii.
