HBAofMetroDenver

The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA) is a professional trade organization representing the residential home building industry across eight metropolitan-area counties. Its membership includes homebuilders, developers, remodelers, suppliers, and service providers. The association supports its members through industry advocacy, networking, and education, while offering ways to participate in councils, committees, leadership programs, and association events.

HBA’s advocacy work includes government affairs initiatives and the Metro Housing Coalition. Its educational offerings include HBA University trainings and webinars, mentoring, and resources focused on topics such as stormwater management and jobsite safety. Members can use the directory to connect with industry businesses, explore membership benefits, find job opportunities, and access industry news and event information. The association also organizes events such as the Denver Parade of Homes and the MAME Awards, and provides sponsorship opportunities. Following the Marshall Fire, HBA shared rebuilding resources and hosted free educational sessions covering builder selection, contracts, legal and insurance matters, and financing.
