Hummingbird Aviation

Hummingbird Aviation Flight Group is an FAA Part 61 flight training and aircraft services provider operating from three airports in New Jersey and Pennsylvania: Linden Airport (KLDJ), Northeast Philadelphia Airport (KPNE), and Penn Ridge Airport (KCKZ). Its locations serve the New York City, Philadelphia, and Bucks County areas, with training options ranging from busy metropolitan settings to a quieter general aviation airport.

The group offers flight and ground instruction for students pursuing Private Pilot, Instrument, Commercial, Certified Flight Instructor, and related certificates and ratings. Experienced, FAA-certified instructors provide structured training with flexible scheduling, guiding students from discovery flights through advanced qualifications. A 45-minute discovery flight gives prospective pilots an introduction to flying before they begin a course.

Hummingbird also provides Cessna 172N and Piper Warrior rentals, with a fuel card included, and a flying club with discounted rates and round-the-clock booking through Flight Circle. Additional services include ground packages, training resources, financing information, and professional aircraft ferry flights nationwide, including delivery, repositioning, and ferry permit assistance.
