HB Group

HB Group is a residential property developer that creates and sells its own homes in distinctive locations around Tashkent. The company selects areas with established infrastructure, clean air, appealing surroundings and room for a more spacious lifestyle. Its homes are presented as limited collections, each with its own architecture and atmosphere, designed for people seeking privacy, comfort and a stronger connection to home.

The collection includes Santorini, a 580-square-metre villa with a private garden, mountain views, a pool, hammam, Finnish sauna, fireplace and four master suites. New Boston offers a contemporary interpretation of the Uzbek home, with 109 square metres, three bedrooms and a private courtyard. Boston, a two-storey, 163-square-metre home with its own plot, combines wood, stone, water and soft light; the collection is sold out. HB Group invites prospective buyers to learn more about available homes and arrange private viewings. Its portfolio focuses on distinctive residences with private outdoor space and amenities for everyday living.
