Die Hochschule für Bildende Künste Braunschweig ist eine der führenden Kunsthochschulen Deutschlands und die einzige staatliche Kunsthochschule in Niedersachsen. Hier werden Kunst, Design und Wissenschaft unter einem Dach vereint. Das Studienangebot an der HBK umfasst ein breites Spektrum von Kunstwissenschaft und Kunstpädagogik, über Darstellendes Spiel und Freie Kunst bis hin zu Medienwissenschaften, Visuelle Kommunikation, Transformation Design und weiteren Studiengängen. Forschung und Lehre, digital wie analog, sind an der HBK äußerst vielfältig und bieten den Studierenden Abschlüsse als Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts oder Master of Education, sowie den Diplom- und Meisterschüler*innen-Abschluss.

HBK Braunschweig is the only art university in Lower Saxony, Germany. With a wide range of programs, the university offers six bachelor's and four master's degrees in various fields, including Fine Arts, Design, Media Studies, and Visual Communication.
