Havlíčkobrodský půlmaraton is a community running event held in Havlíčkův Brod, bringing together adult runners, children, relay teams and local supporters. Its 14th edition is scheduled for Saturday, 19 September 2026, with several race options designed for different ages and abilities. The main half-marathon is open to participants aged 18 and over.

Its route follows public cycle paths and pavements, largely alongside the Sázava River, and includes a passage through Havlíčkovo náměstí. Younger runners can take part in the Futaba children’s races, with age-based distances of 100, 300, 600 or 900 metres on a circuit around the square. Participants aged 15 and over may also enter relay races for men, women or mixed teams, with a separate category for corporate relays.

For those seeking a shorter challenge, Havlíčkova pětka covers approximately 5. 2 kilometres and supports the purchase of sports equipment for young people. The event website provides registration, race information, results, photographs, videos and updates
