Hoops By The River Inc. is an East Harlem community organization founded in 2009 by Will Kelly Sr. and Will Kelly Jr. Building on a family tradition of basketball, mentorship, and service, it creates opportunities for young people through sports, education, and community programs. Its work goes beyond basketball, using athletics to foster confidence, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship while helping youth prepare for life beyond the court.

Hoops By The River reports serving more than 500 youth annually, reaching over 1,000 through tournaments and more than 2,000 youth and families through programs and events.
