HCA Hospice

HCA Hospice (HCA) is a Singapore-registered charity that has supported patients and families since 1989. As Singapore’s largest home hospice care provider, HCA accompanies people living with life-limiting illnesses through the final chapter of life, helping them receive care at home and spend meaningful time with loved ones. Its guiding aim is to create good days and uphold dignity and comfort, because every life deserves to be celebrated, even at its end. HCA provides its services at no charge to patients, with care supported by community generosity.

Its core services include home hospice and day hospice care, Star PALS, and compassionate discharge support to help hospitalised patients return home. HCA also offers complementary psychosocial services, grief support and caregiver training. Patients and caregivers can find information and assistance, while volunteers may contribute through general or specialised opportunities, including Vigil Angels and Medi Minders. The organisation invites public support through donations, fundraising, legacy gifts, equipment contributions and its Shop for Good.
