About HCCA
HCCA, or the Horseless Carriage Club of America, is an organization dedicated to preserving and celebrating the early days of automotive history. They define a horseless carriage as any gas, steam, or electric vehicle built before January 1, 1916. While membership in HCCA does not require owning a pre-1916 automobile, it is open to anyone with an interest in this unique era.
HCCA has regional groups and registers located worldwide, providing opportunities for enthusiasts to connect and participate in tours. These groups often welcome post-1915 vintage automobiles on their tours as well. The club's values center around preserving the originality or restoring these early automobiles to their original condition.
They aim to use them for their intended purpose of driving and completing tours while promoting the preservation of their historical value. As a member of HCCA, you gain access to exclusive club news, publications, and early access to cars listed for sale in the auto classified section. Joining is quick and easy, with online sign-up available.
