About Health Care District of Palm Beach County
The Health Care District of Palm Beach County is a community-focused public health organization serving Palm Beach County, Florida, for more than 35 years. Its programs and facilities address a broad range of local health needs, with services for patients, families, and communities. The District operates community health centers and C.
L. Brumback Primary Care Clinics, and provides specialty benefits, mental health services, and school health programs. Its school health work includes support for student medication planning and chronic conditions.
For hospital and ongoing care, the District operates Lakeside Medical Center and the Edward J. Healey Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. It also offers skilled nursing and rehabilitation, ground transportation, and coordinated trauma system services, including Trauma Hawk.
