Welcome to Historic Cold Spring Village, the largest open-air living history museum in New Jersey. Located just minutes away from Cape May, Wildwood, Stone Harbor, and other South Jersey Shore towns, our village offers a unique and immersive experience of hands-on history. Step back in time and explore our 30-acre site, where restored and preserved buildings from the 1800s come to life.
Our historically clothed interpreters demonstrate a wide range of trades and crafts, including blacksmithing, printing, woodworking, basket weaving, and bookbinding. Whether you spend a few hours or the whole day with us, you'll gain a deep appreciation for the past and the skills that shaped it. And while you're here, make sure to check out our Cold Spring Grange Restaurant, open Thursday to Saturday from 12 PM to 5 PM, and Sunday for brunch from 10 AM to 3 PM.
You can also visit our Cold Spring Brewery, the first non-profit brewery in New Jersey, open Monday to Wednesday from 11 AM to 4 PM, and Thursday to Sunday from 11 AM to 4 AM. Join us at Historic Cold Spring Village for a truly immersive and educational experience
