About CRORS
CRORS, also known as the Croatian Operational Research Society, is a professional organization dedicated to promoting and advancing the field of operational research in Croatia. With a rich history dating back to 1991, CRORS has been at the forefront of organizing the International Conference on Operational Research (KOI) since its inception. Held every two years, KOI brings together researchers, practitioners, and experts in the field to exchange knowledge and discuss the latest advancements in operational research.
In addition to the conference, CRORS also publishes the Croatian Operational Research Review journal, which features high-quality scientific papers on operations research and related areas. The society also releases an official professional magazine called CRORS News, which showcases the activities and achievements of the society and its members throughout the year. CRORS provides numerous benefits to its members, including reduced registration fees for attending KOI, free access to workshops, seminars, and lectures, and the opportunity to collaborate with international and national societies and institutions.
