HD Relay provides cloud-based tools for streaming, recording, and managing IP camera video. The service helps resorts, tourism destinations, ski areas, construction sites, and other organizations share live views with audiences through their websites, YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, or other RTMP platforms. It works with existing ONVIF and RTSP cameras, including brands such as Axis, Hanwha, Canon, Hikvision, Bosch, Dahua, Sony, Amcrest, and Reolink, without requiring proprietary hardware.

HD Relay offers embeddable live and timelapse players, cloud recording with configurable retention, searchable archives, downloadable footage, and scheduled recording. Supported cameras can provide pan-tilt-zoom controls, presets, and shared viewer control. Additional features include motion and AI detection, event clips, alerts, weather and other overlays, QR codes, clip sharing, and mobile apps for Android and iPhone.

Organizations can stream continuously to social platforms, customize players and portals with their own branding, and give clients access to selected cameras, recordings, and invoices. The service also includes camera health monitoring, bandwidth and storage dashboards, and usage-based client billing.
