HEA Energy is an Abu Dhabi-based offshore energy company founded in 2022 by Hassan Elali, founder and former Executive Chairman of ZMI Holdings. The company provides marine solutions, services and logistics for the offshore oil and gas, renewable energy and subsea sectors. Its specialized fleet includes jack-up barges, accommodation vessels and battery-powered subsea vessels.
For oil and gas clients, HEA’s jack-up barges support offshore construction and heavy lifting, accommodation and hotel services, well intervention and workover operations.
