Heads Together is a mental health initiative spearheaded by The Royal Foundation of The Prince and Princess of Wales. Their mission is to tackle the stigma surrounding mental health and to change the conversation around it. Through their campaign and fundraising efforts, Heads Together aims to provide innovative mental health services to those in need.

The initiative has made significant progress in addressing the negative associations, experiences, and language surrounding mental health. Their Royal Highnesses aim to create an environment where individuals feel comfortable discussing their everyday mental well-being and have practical tools to support their friends and family. Heads Together has launched a range of new mental health programs, including Mentally Healthy Schools, an online resource for primary school teachers to support the mental health and well-being of their students.

They have also introduced the Mental Health at Work program, which provides resources for employers to prioritize mental well-being in the workplace. Additionally, Heads Together has partnered with the Ministry of Defense to improve the mental health of current and former Armed Forces personnel. They have also launched Shout, a free text messaging service that provides 24/7 support for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.
